Christmas

was super nice. Presents, breakfast, obligatory fighting, baking, extended family, etc.

My mom brought her boyfriend to Christmas to meet her family. It was a big deal. He talks A LOT.

I listened to some Nellie McKay I hadn't heard previously. The best part is that she's the most adorable thing in the world with blonde ringlets but her albums come with parental advisory labels on them. It looks so discordant:
